Rice with pork in yellow

Rice with pork

Today I bring you this simple rice recipe with pork in yellow, an alternative to the traditional chicken rice. In this case, I have used pork to accompany the rice, since children often have problems when it comes to eating this type of meat. In this way, it is camouflaged with the rest of the ingredients and in general, the little ones take it with more pleasure.

It is a very simple recipe, easy to prepare and that will get you out of more than one hurry. Also, the base is practically the same for all similar rice stews, so always you can adapt it to your liking and use the meat you prefer. It is even ideal to use small pieces of meat that we usually keep and do not use because there is little quantity. Without further ado we get down to the kitchen!

The recipe is very good, but the meat becomes soft in the time that you speak? .That is not talked about.
Because if we make the rice with the stir-fry time, I don't think the meat will be soft, a greeting
