Ingredients
  • 2-3 tablespoons of EVOO
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, minced
  • ½ red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 cup of rice
  • Vegetables soup
  • 100 ml. tomato sauce
  • ½ cooked broccoli (10 min)
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper

Preparation
  1. We fry the vegetables in a low saucepan with a little oil and a pinch of al.
  2. When they take color, we incorporate the rice and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. We add the sauce tomato and stir.
  4. Then we take two pots of hot broth and we let the whole cook over high heat for 6 minutes.
  5. Then we remove the rice and we are adding more broth when necessary until the rice is almost done.
  6. A little before removing it from the fire, add the broccoli and the cherry tomatoes, halved.
  7. We remove from the fire and let rest the rice with broccoli and tomatoes for a couple of minutes before serving.
