Ingredients:
1 tin of anchovies
Grated cheese
300 gr of rice (it can be whole grain)
Parsley
1 liter of vegetable broth
2 eggs
Preparation:
Cook the rice in the vegetable broth. Cook the eggs and chop them into small pieces. Cut the anchovies into small pieces. Mix the rice, anchovies, and eggs.
Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with the parsley.
