Ingredients
  • 6 rice leaves
  • 1 small zucchini in sticks
  • 1 large carrot in sticks
  • 2 small apples on sticks
  • ½ onion in julienne
For the peanut sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • ½ glass of water
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Preparation
  1. To prepare the sauce we mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture. The sauce does not have to be too thick, nor too runny. Depending on the texture of the peanut butter you will need to add more or less water.
  2. Then sauté the zucchini sticks on the grillJust enough for them to brown and lose their firmness a bit. Approximately two minutes.
  3. Once the sauce and the zucchini are done, one by one we put the rice leaves in hot water, as dictated by the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. When the sheet is soft we take it, place it on a clean surface and we fill it We place on this some zucchini, carrot and apple sticks and a little onion.
