Don't you say that today's recipe is not personalized, huh? What do I say: If there is rice three delights, why can't it exist rice four delights as the one that I do?

For me the delights of this rice are: prawn, carrot, bacon and my fourth delight, the green pepper. I love it! It is a totally homemade rice but you can always go easy and fast and add the fried pepper to that typical three delicacies rice that they sell frozen. Even so, I recommend 100% homemade like mine, which is much richer and more nutritious.

Ingredients
  • 1 glass of shiny rice
  • 75 grams of peeled prawns
  • 1 medium carrot
  • Green peas
  • Bacon
  • 1 bell pepper
  • Sal Island
  • Hot paprika
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. The first of all will be peel the carrot and cut it into strips. The next thing is to microwave the glass of rice that is already made (although you can always boil a little yourself).
  2. We choose a frying pan, pour a little olive oil into it, heat it up and add the cut carrot, then we will add some peeled prawns and bacon. When the prawns are a little golden, we will add the thinly sliced ​​bell pepper. And we will add a little salt. We will let the flavors bind and when the pepper has done a little we will add the peas, the rice and a bit of hot paprika. We will move well so that it does not stick and we will taste salt.
  3. We leave about 5 minutes over medium heat and set aside.
