It is a very simple and easy recipe to make, since the basic and fundamental ingredient is already prepared in advance. So, get to work to make a new recipe.
Ingredients
- White rice.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- 2 straws of chorizo.
- 200 g of Serrano ham.
- Olive oil.
- Pinch of salt.
Preparation
To make this recipe so simple and quick to make dyed rice with chorizo and serrano ham, first of all, we will have to cut the garlic in thin slices, to give the recipe even more flavor.
In addition, we will chop the Serrano ham and chorizo in medium dice. In this way, we will not find very large pieces, we want the protagonist to continue being the rice.
Later, in a pan We will add a drizzle of olive oil. To this, we add the garlic to brown, then add the ham and chorizo and stir well.
