Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of ribs in pieces
  • 500 kilo of crushed natural tomato
  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 150 ml. white wine
  • ½ glass of water
  • Pepper
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. Season the ribs with salt and pepper.
  2. We put a casserole with a good jet of oil, when it is hot we add the ribs and brown them.
  3. While we are cutting the onions into small pieces, we chop the garlic, add it to the ribs, stir and let everything brown together.
  4. When the ribs are browned and the onion has a little color, add the white wine, leave it for 2-3 minutes, reduce the alcohol.
  5. Add the crushed natural tomato, ½ glass of water, add the bay leaf, a little salt and pepper, let it cook until the tomato is like a sauce.
  6. If it is too thick or strong in flavor, you can add more water.
  7. We taste salt, we rectify.
  8. And it will be ready, if we do it a couple of hours before, the sauce will be better and more rested.
  9. Serve very hot and accompany with a puree or cooked rice.
