Today I propose a plate of ribs in sauce with potatoes, a simple, rich and cheap dish that we can have prepared in advance, although it is quick to make.
All the pork ribs is a very juicy and tender meatBy carrying the bone, it makes it very tasty, that's why it likes it a lot and we prepare an even better rich sauce for it. With them we can prepare a multitude of rich dishes, fried are very good but in stews and stews they are very good.
The recipe that I propose is quick to prepare, but if we have little time we can leave them ready, they will be even better since the sauce takes on much more flavor, I have accompanied them with potatoes but with a rice or some vegetables there is a complete dish and Okay.
- 1 kilo of pork rib in pieces
- Half a small onion.
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 200ml. white wine
- Oil Salt
- Pepper
- Potatoes
- We put a saucepan on the fire with a little oil.
- We prepare the ribs, if they have a lot of fat we will remove a little, salt them and add a little pepper.
- When the oil is hot, we will brown the ribs over medium high heat, we will brown them all over.
- Chop the onion, when the ribs are golden we will add the onion.
- Sauté it for a few minutes and then add the fried tomato, stir everything well, and put it over medium heat.
- After a few minutes we will add the wine and leave it for another couple of minutes, so that the alcohol evaporates.
- After this time we add half a glass of water, let it cook for 20 minutes, add a little salt if necessary. If necessary we would add a little more water.
- While we peel and fry some potatoes into squares.
- When they are done we add them together with the ribs, we will give a few turns so that they take the taste of the sauce and they will be ready.
