Almost every week we propose a salad in Kitchen Recipes. There are so many ingredients that we can incorporate into a salad and so many possible combinations that the options never seem to end. The red cabbage salad, tomato and avocado is one more.
Endive and the red cabbage become perfect alternatives to lettuce during this time of year. The red cabbage because of its color, also brings a lot of life to the salad and it is enough to combine it with tomato and avocado as we have done, so that it wants to be more apparent. Give it a try!
- 1 small red cabbage
- 1 Tomate
- 1 Avocado
- 1 chive
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- EVOO, vinegar and a pinch of salt for the dressing
- With a mandolin we cut the red cabbage, so that it is finite and it is more pleasant to eat it.
- We also use the mandolin, to cut tomato slices which we later cut in half.
- We cut the julienned chives and the avocado, after peeling it, into small cubes.
- We combine all the ingredients of the salad and dress.
