Ravioli with vegetables, a simple and healthy dish. Pasta tends to be liked by everyone and after so many meals they want softer and lighter dishes. Pasta is good for everything since it can be made with meat, mushrooms or vegetables like this one that I bring you today, a very appetizing dish and a good way to introduce vegetables to the little ones along with pasta.
I have used ravioli to accompany the vegetables but it can be made with any pasta. The ravioli that I have put are with spinach but it can also be made with meat or mushrooms.
- 500 gr. spinach ravioli
- 1 cebolla
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1-2 carrots
- 150 gr. green beans
- 2 garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- To prepare the ravioli with vegetables we will put a saucepan with water and a little salt when it starts to boil, add the ravioli and cook them. The time will be as indicated by the manufacturer. When they are we take out and drain well. We booked.
- We wash and cut the green beans. We put another casserole with water when it starts to boil add the green beans, boil them for 5 minutes. We take out and drain. We booked.
- Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. We chop the garlic.
- We clean the red and green pepper, remove the seeds, cut into strips or small pieces.
- We wash and peel the carrot, cut it into strips.
- We put a casserole with a jet of oil, we add the onion and the minced garlic. We leave it 5 minutes to poach.
- Add the peppers, the carrot and the green beans, add salt and pepper and let it cook until it is to our liking, you can leave it well cooked or aldente.
- When all the vegetables are there, add the ravioli and sauté everything together so that the flavors mix.
- We serve very hot.
