The secret for preparing this dish is a matter of minutes es tener los garbanzos especiados ya preparados. Podéis conservarlos en la nevera hasta tres días e ir incorporándolos a sopas, cremas o incluso ensaladas a lo largo de la semana. O como os recomiendo en Bezzia, tomarlos como snack saludable.
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 red onion, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, minced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- ⅓ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce
- Garbanzos especiados (ver receta)
- We put a drizzle of oil in a low saucepan and sauté the onion and the pepper, until the first one takes color.
- We add the zucchini and cook until tender, stirring from time to time.
- When it's almost tender we add the tomato sauce, mix and let the whole cook for a couple of minutes.
- Just before serving, add the chickpeas spiced so they don't soften.
