Ingredients

20g baking powder
½ liter of milk
100g of powdered milk
Mint leaves, to taste
1 egg white
100g sugar
10g cardamom

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the milk powder, the egg white and the baking powder until it forms a dough that comes off the walls of the container. Then make small balls. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Boil the milk with the sugar and cardamom, and add the balls. When they emerge to the surface, put out the fire. Chill in the fridge for a few hours and serve very cold. Garnish with mint leaves.
