Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 rabbit
- 12 prawns
- cognac
- oil and salt
For la salsa:
- 1 rabbit liver
- black wine
- almonds
- hazelnuts
- salt and oil
We start by cutting the rabbit into pieces, this time we will make them normal size, without being very big.
How much we have the rabbit cut, We put it in a saucepan with oil so that it browns for a while. And when we have it to the point, we add water until covered so that it is done.
