Ingredients
  • 1 rabbit
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • Water glass 1
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • A bouquet of herbs, rosemary, thyme
  • Pepper
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. Cut the rabbit into pieces, salt the pieces and add a little pepper.
  2. We put a casserole with a good jet of oil, add the pieces of rabbit, the bouquet of herbs and brown it over high heat.
  3. While the rabbit is browning, we peel the garlic cloves and chop, we add this to the rabbit, we mix it and before the garlic browns we add the white wine.
  4. Let the alcohol reduce and then add the glass of water, let it cook over medium heat until the rabbit is tender and golden, about 30 minutes.
  5. If more water is needed we add a little more. We can also add a little cornmeal to make the sauce thicker if you like.
  6. After this time, we taste salt.
  7. And it will be ready. It only remains to accompany this dish with some french fries, they go very well or with some vegetables.
