Ingredients
- 1 rabbit
- 6-7 garlic cloves
- Assorted herbs to taste, thyme and rosemary
- 1 glass of white wine 150 ml.
- 1 large glass of water or a glass of broth (it can be a pill)
- 50 gr. Of flour
- 2-3 potatoes
- Oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
- We will start with the rabbit, to prepare the rabbit stewed with garlic and potatoes, first we will chop the rabbit, salt and pepper and go through flour.
- We put a casserole on the fire with a good jet of olive oil, we put the rabbit to brown over high heat.
- Before the rabbit is completely browned, add the peeled garlic cloves and brown them together with the rabbit.
- While the rabbit is browning, prepare the herbs such as rower and thyme and a couple of minced garlic in a mortar, add the wine.
- When the rabbit is golden, add the mortar with the white wine, leave it for a few minutes.
- Followed by adding the broth or water, until the rabbit is covered. Add a little salt. We let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- We peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces and add them to the stew. If necessary, add more broth. We let it cook for about 20 minutes.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, we taste the salt and that's it. We let it rest for a while so that the stew is better, at least an hour.
- And we will have it ready to eat.
