Ingredients

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 ripe tomatoes or crushed

  • 1 glass of white wine 200ml.

Preparation
  1. To make the rabbit in the casserole with sauce, we will start by cleaning the rabbit and cutting it into small pieces. Salt and add a little pepper.
  2. We put a casserole on the fire with a good jet of oil, we will put on high heat when it is hot we toss the rabbit into pieces, we brown it on all sides.
  3. While the rabbit is browning, chop the tomato, garlic and onion.
  4. When the rabbit is golden on all sides, we lower the heat, we will leave it to medium heat, we add the onion next to the rabbit, we let it brown a little.
  5. When the onion begins to brown, add the minced garlic, stir and leave for 1 minute, carefully so that it does not burn.
  6. Add the chopped tomato, let the tomato cook with everything together, when we see that the sauce is fried, add the glass of white wine, let the alcohol reduce.
  7. Add the glass of water and cook over medium heat for 30-40 minutes, we will add water if necessary.
  8. After this time we check if the rabbit is there, we taste salt. We turn off.
