Ingredients
  • 500 grams of quinoa
  • 200 grams of ham in tacos
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Basil
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. We had previously cooked the Quinoa. If you don't know how to make it, just boil it with twice as much water as quinoa. Of course, you will have to rinse it quite well, both before putting it to boil and afterwards, with water at room temperature.
  2. Once boiled, what follows is super quick and easy. Put it in a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Heat it up and then add the ham tacos, the two tablespoons of soy sauce (this is a bit to the taste of the consumer) and and a little basil. Stir everything very well so it doesn't stick, and set aside when the flavors have mixed.

Notes
If you prepare quinoa in one go and think you will have leftover, you can put it in a tupper and freeze it without problem. In this way, you will already have it prepared only to defrost and heat for other times.
