Ingredients
- 2 cups of quinoa
- 4 cups of water
- ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 red pepper
- 4 cups of lettuce
- 300g. fresh cheese
Preparation
- In a pot we heat the water until it boils. So, we add the quinoa and let it cook over low-medium heat until the water evaporates and the quinoa becomes soft, 10 to 15 minutes. Out of the fire already, we let it cool down for 10 minutes.
- We wash the lettuce, we dry it and place it in a bowl.
- We cut the pepper Red and the cheese in small cubes and mix them with the lettuce.
- We add the quinoa and the pomegranate and we mix before serving.
