The cheesecake that I invite you to prepare today is perfect to treat yourself to a sweet treat today or tomorrow or… Preparing the dough is simple and fast; You will not need more than 10 minutes to take it to the oven. That is why we have baptized it as quick chocolate cheesecake.
A cheesecake is always a good alternative for dessert when we have guests. It is a dessert with which it is easy to get it right since almost all of us like it. Adjusting the quantities to the number of guests will be easy for you, you will only have to multiply and choose a larger tray.
The ingredients of this dessert are very simple, you will find them all without difficulty in your supermarket. And even if it forces us to turn on the oven, something that I know that not everyone likes in summer, think that it will only be 25 minutes. What is 25 minutes?
The recipe
- 185g of whipped cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 15 g. cornstarch
- Chocolate or a chocolate energy bar
- Put the beaten cheese, the egg and the sugar in a bowl and beat with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Then, add the Cornstarch and mix until integrated.
- Then pour the mixture into a mold of approximately 13 × 13 centimeters. If you want to unmold it easily to present it and cut it into portions, place baking paper on the base.
- Place a few pieces of chocolate and bars and take it to the oven.
- Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes or until the cheesecake has set.
- Take out and let the quick cheesecake cool to taste.
