Ingredients
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 200 gr of bacon
  • 1 piece of pepper
  • 8 quail eggs
  • 1 chicken egg
  • born
  • thyme or other fresh herb
  • olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. We take the puff pastry and cut it into squares. We puncture the center leaving the entire edge intact. We put a piece of parchment paper on the center of each square and put some weight on it, chickpeas, beans ... so the center will not rise.
  2. Brush the edges with the beaten egg, chicken and baked. We will have it 15 ′ at 200ºC or until it turns golden brown.
  3. Chop the pepper, mushrooms and bacon. In a pan with a little oil, we sauté each ingredient separately. We put the salt that each ingredient needs.
  4. We remove the puff pastry from the oven, the edges will have risen but not the center.
  5. We put a little cream on the base and place the ingredients on top, as we like best. We crack 2 quail eggs to each puff pastry.
  6. We go back to the oven, this time 6 or 7 minutes will be enough since we only want the egg to cook.
  7. Once out of the oven we put some fresh grass to decorate.
