Today I wanted to bring you two healthy dishes for a light dinner, a vegetable puree and mixed salad. In addition, it is a very simple recipe also taking advantage of ingredients. For him grandma's pout, vegetables are used, well, today I show you a way to make another recipe with these vegetables.

With it, we will make the vegetable puree accompanied with a little diced ham. Also, to end with a 10 at dinner we will make the mixed salad very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 1 small turnip.
  • Some chicken broth.
  • York ham.
  • Lettuce.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Tuna.
  • Corn.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt
  • Vinegar.

Preparation

As the salad is cold we will do it first. To do this, we will wash the lettuce very well so that it does not have any bugs and remove any rest of what is sprayed in the fields.

Then we will cut it in half, and we will cut it in fine julienne. I particularly like this cut, if you like it whole or bigger you can also cut it like this. We will put it in a drainer so that the water drains a lot, but there are also a kind of centrifuges on the market for lettuce that leave it quite dry.

When it is dry using the method you want the you will place on the plate and add the ham that we had also cut for the puree. In addition, we will add a can of tuna per person, grated cheese and corn. Also, you can add a hard-boiled egg if you want. Once the mixed salad is complete, we will dress it with salt, olive oil and vinegar.

Mixed salad

For the puree, we will take the vegetable left over from the pot of the grandmother and we will put it in a small casserole with a little of the same broth of the stew. When it starts to boil, we will beat it with the mixer. We will serve in individual bowls and add the diced ham. Also if you want you can add some fried bread, Serrano ham or hard-boiled egg. I leave the accompaniment to your choice.
