Sweet and sour puree

Today I present you a simple and very rich puree ideal to accompany all kinds of meats:

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
1 large green apple
50 grams of cream butter
Salt to taste

Procedure

Boil the apple and sweet potato until tender, remove from heat and let cool. Then strain and puree in the food processor together with the butter and salt. Serve immediately so it doesn't lose flavor.
