  • 125 gr. of butter
  • 50 gr. of water

Filling

  • 1 Zucchini
  • 350 gr. pumpkin
  • 1 cebolla
  • 4 chubby slices of bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 gr. cream
  • 150 gr. grated emmental cheese
  • shawl
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • parsley

Incorporate the flour, yeast, salt and butter in the Multiquick. Turn on the minipimer at maximum speed and with the engine running we add the water. Knead for no more than 1 minute.

Quiche dough

Place the dough in a plastic bag and leave stand in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and cover the quiche mold. Wet the edge of the mold with water so that it is well sealed and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.

Broken mass

Paint with egg shake and puncture with a fork so that the dough does not rise when baking.

Baked dough

Preheat the oven to 180º C and bake for 15 minutes.

Filling

Chopped onion

To make the filling we are going to chop the onion and the bacon with the minipimer in small pieces.

Grated pumpkin

Rolled zucchini

Sautéed vegetables

In a frying pan, sauté the onion and when it is well sautéed, add half the pumpkin and the zucchini. Sauté and when well sautéed add the bacon and leave for another 10 minutes. When ready, remove from heat, add the cheese and mix. Reserve.

Quiche filling

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the cream. Mix with what we have reserved in the previous step.

Quiché stuffed and decorated

Add the filling to the baked dough and top (decoratively) the rest of the pumpkin and zucchini. Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
