Here I show you, a innovative dessert, easy to prepare and healthy; ideal for the youngest of the house, where you are going to camouflage a very healthy vegetable.
Ingredients:
200 g. pumpkin
2 cups skim milk
sugar or sweetener to taste
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon zest
1 tbsp. peach jam
Procedure :
Wash the squash with plenty of water, peel and bake (or steam) until tender. Remove and make with the puree. Besides, beat the eggs and add them to the pumpkin puree. Then add the milk and mix well. Add vanilla, sugar and lemon zest.
Distribute the mixture in molds, previously lubricated with vegetable spray. Place the molds in a source, and cook in the oven in a bain-marie, over moderate heat. Remove and once cold, unmold it.
Dissolve the jam in boiling water and decorate the flan with it.
