Ingredients

  • 125 ml. honey
  • 90 g. rice flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Whipped cream to decorate.

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
  2. In a recipient we beat the eggs, the pumpkin puree and honey until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  3. Then add the flour and spices and mix well.
  4. We pour the mixture into a greased mold 20x20cm. or the equivalent.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes approximately, until the toothpick comes out clean when you click in the center.
  6. We take out of the oven and we let temper.
