A plate of pumpkin and ginger cream which looks and colors great, it is very good. A dish that is prepared in a short time and is very economical.

Ingredients
- 800 gr. by Calazza
- 1 potato
- A piece of ginger or powder
- 50 ml. cream or milk cream to cook
- Sal Island
Preparation
- We put a casserole with a little water on the fire. We peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, we also peel and cut the potato.
- We put everything to cook, the water has to cover everything and we let it cook until the pumpkin and the potato are very soft.
- Once cooked, we remove a little of the water, but do not throw it away, the rest we grind until we have a cream.
- We put the cream back in the saucepan and onto the fire, add the cream, stir it.
- We grate a little ginger, very little since it is very strong and we add it to the cream and a little salt. We try and it only remains to leave it to our taste of salt and ginger.
- If it is too thick and we like it clearer, we will add water that we have set aside and we will leave it as we like.
- We serve in bowls or on a very hot plate, we put a little cream in the center.
- We can also accompany the cream with a few pieces of toasted bread.
- And it will be ready to serve !!!
