  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • Cooked ham
  • Sliced cheese type mozzarella or suitable for melting
  • 1 egg

Preparation
  1. First we prepare the puff pastry sheet, if you buy it fresh it will not be necessary to stretch it.
  2. On the puff pastry sheet we first place the cooked ham, covering the entire bottom and leaving about 3 centimeters without filling around the edges.
  3. On the cooked ham we put the mozzarella cheese, covering the entire base well as we did with the cooked ham.
  4. We roll the puff pastry carefully, without squeezing it too much.
  5. In a bowl we beat the egg
  6. With the help of a kitchen brush, we paint all the puff pastry on top, gluing the joints well.
  7. Cut with a knife into portions, they should not be too thick or too thin.
  8. We place on a baking tray with waxed paper, and put in the oven preheated to about 200 degrees.
  9. The cooking time will be approximately 10 or 15 minutes, or until you see that the puff pastry is well browned.
  10. And voila, you just have to let it cool down to room temperature before drinking.

Notes
If the puff pastry is frozen, you will have to let it thaw at room temperature and then roll it out with a rolling pin. In this case, try not to leave a too thin sheet.
