Ingredients

• 1 sheet of puff pastry
• 1 package of sliced ​​bacon
• 1 package of Cheese sliced ​​to melt
• 1 egg to paint the dough

Preparation

1. First we will put the oven to heat to 180ºC.
2. We prepare the puff pastry. It is better rectangular to make this recipe. Unroll the puff pastry, leave it on the same paper as it comes.
3. We cover the dough with the bacon slices all over the puff pastry.
4. On top of the bacon we put the slices of cheese to melt.
5. We roll the puff pastry carefully so that the filling does not come out.
6. We will cut puff pastry discs of about 2 cm and we will put them on the oven plate.
7. Once they are all on the oven plate, we will beat the egg and with a brush we will paint the rolls.
8. We will put it in the oven until they are golden brown.
9. We take out, let cool and they will be ready !!! They are very easy.
