Puff pastry with bacon and cheese. These puff pastry rolls filled with bacon and cheese are a delight and very easy to prepare. As I have told you on many occasions, I always have puff pastry and it solves many dinners, like this one. These puff pastry rolls are ideal for a snack or an informal dinner with friends or family, they will surely please everyone, especially the little ones in the house.
These rolls are like making bikinis but with puff pastry, they look great, they are done quickly and they give little work. This time I have put bacon and cheese, but the filling can be put anything you like, such as sweet ham, salty ham, turkey slices ...

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 package of sliced bacon
- 1 package of Cheese sliced to melt
- 1 egg to paint the dough
- First we will put the oven to heat to 180ºC.
- We prepare the puff pastry. It is better rectangular to make this recipe. Unroll the puff pastry, leave it on the same paper as it comes.
- We cover the dough with the bacon slices all over the puff pastry.
- On top of the bacon we put the slices of cheese to melt.
- We roll the puff pastry carefully so that the filling does not come out.
- We will cut puff pastry discs of about 2 cm and we will put them on the oven plate.
- Once they are all on the oven plate, we will beat the egg and with a brush we will paint the rolls.
- We will put it in the oven until they are golden brown.
- We take out, let cool and they will be ready !!! They are very easy.
