This is a recipe that will get you out of a tight spot. I didn't have anything for dessert but since I always have puff pastry and a bottle of condensed milk open, I remembered this recipe that I had seen on a blog and that stuck in my head. I wanted to do these puff pastry ties with condensed milk, so I made them and they were really good.
A very simple, rich and juicy dessert. With few ingredients we have these ties to accompany the coffee. With these ties, success is assured and if some of you accompany them with chocolate make the wave, success is assured.

Ingredients
  • 1-2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 bottle of condensed milk
  • Water glass 1
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3-4 tablespoons icing sugar (optional)
  • Chocolate to melt

Preparation
  1. We will start by making a syrup. We will put the water and the sugar in a saucepan to heat, we will cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat. We booked.
  2. We stretch the puff pastry and with a brush we paint the entire dough with condensed milk, we will put a thin layer.
  3. We fold the puff pastry, or if you have two puff pastry sheets, we will put one on top. Sprinkle some icing sugar, this is optional.
  4. We will mark the ties, we will make strips of 10 cm. long and 3 wide, more or hands.
  5. We prepare a baking tray, we put a sheet of baking paper. We will twist the puff pastry strips and put them on the baking sheet.
  6. We paint the ties with a little syrup.
  7. We put it in the oven at 180º C for 15-20 minutes or they are golden brown. We take them out of the oven.
  8. We paint them with syrup and some with melted chocolate.
  9. And they will be ready. They are delicious !!!
