Ingredients

Preparation
  1. First we prepare the filling. We put a frying pan with a little oil, we chop the onion and we put it to poach.
  2. When the onion begins to take color, we put the pine nuts and the raisins, we sauté everything a little and we put the spinach, we will let them fry with everything, until they have reduced a little, we add salt and we turn off. We booked.
  3. We take the puff pastry, we will make some discs as if they were dumplings, we can do it with a mold and with the size that we like. we will cut 8 discs.
  4. We put the oven at 180ºC, in a tray we put on the baking paper base, we put 4 puff pastry discs, in each of them we put with the help of a spoon a little of the spinach filling and on top a slice of the goat cheese. .
  5. We beat the egg, we paint around the dough that we have with the filling, we put another puff pastry base on top, which is well sealed, we paint the entire surface of the puff pastry with a brush, we put some seeds or grated cheese, so the 4 discs.
  6. We put it in the oven until they are golden brown.
  7. We will serve very hot.
