Puff pastry filled with tuna and egg

This week I bring you a puff pastry filled with tuna and egg, a classic but with puff pastry. Ideal for preparing a quick and simple dinner.
The pie with puff pastry is very good, and combines very well with many ingredients and as you know very well, it is a dough that with both sweet and salty we have great dishes. And now we have on the market a great selection of prepared puff pastry doughs that we still have much better, they come out very good.
I really like these simple recipes with a great result. When I prepare the tuna patty with puff pastry, success is assured.

Ingredients
  • 2 rectangular puff pastry doughs
  • 1 can of fried tomato
  • 4 small cans of tuna in oil
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 egg to paint the dough

Preparation
  1. To make the puff pastry filled with tuna and egg, we will first cook the eggs for about 10 minutes. Let it cold down.
  2. We open a sheet of dough and with the paper that it carries we put it on the baking tray. We will prick the dough several times with a fork so that the base does not swell too much.
  3. We cover the base with tomato sauce that you like.
  4. We open the cans of tuna, drain the oil and distribute it over the dough covered with fried tomato.
  5. We will have cold boiled eggs. We peel and chop them into pieces, we distribute it over the tuna.
  6. We put a little more fried tomato on top to make it juicy.
  7. Cover with the other puff pastry and close all around, closing the edges well. We prick the dough with a fork or make a small hole in the center for the steam to come out. We beat the other egg and paint the entire mass well.
  8. We put it in the oven at 180ºC, we will put it in the center, with heat up and down, we will leave it until it is golden brown, about 20 minutes. When it's ready, we take it out.
  9. We put it in a source and ready to serve !!!
