Ingredients
  • 3 apples
  • A sheet of puff pastry
  • 20 gr. of butter
  • 50 gr. peach jam
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • Sugar (optional)

Preparation
  1. We turn on the oven, we will put it at 180ºC, heat up and down.
  2. We put the puff pastry sheet on the baking tray, we leave the paper that comes in the dough or we put one.
  3. We take the apples, we core them and we peel them.
  4. We cut them into very thin slices.
  5. We cover the puff pastry base with the apple, without reaching the edges. We can shape the edges to make the coca more beautiful.
  6. Once all covered we put on top pieces of butter and a little sugar.
  7. We put the tray in the oven and leave it until it is all golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
  8. We take it out of the oven. In a bowl we put the jam with the tablespoons of water, stir well, and with a kitchen brush we paint the entire surface to give the coca a shine.
  9. Apart from giving it shine, it will add more flavor.
  10. We can eat it warm or cold, it is very good.
  11. And ready to eat !!!
