How delicious is the roast chicken. At home we like it a lot but it is not usual for us to roast the entire piece. A pair of thighs accompanied by a good vegetable garnish enough for us to eat. And these roasted chicken thighs rosemary are a staple in my recipe book. Learn to prepare them!
I love having the chicken marinating in the oil with rosemary and garlic an hour. But this step is not essential, you can take it directly to the oven if you don't feel like doing it or you don't have time for it. It will be less tasty but it will still be a bite out of ten.
In addition to the ingredients already mentioned, I have used them to flavor these roasted chicken thighs. some beer. You could use white wine if you prefer, but I personally love the touch that beer gives it. Present it with some baked potatoes or some roasted vegetables.
The recipe
- 2 chicken thighs
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- A pinch of dried oregano
- ½ bottle of beer
- Mix the oil, rosemary, garlic and oregano in a bowl.
- We introduce the thighs in it and we make sure that they remain well impregnated with the mixture.
- Then, we cover the fountain with plastic wrap and the we reserve in the fridge one hour.
- We preheat the oven to 200ºC and line the baking dish with baking paper.
- We place the thighs on it, skin up, and water with the dressing.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC and then we washed down with beer.
- To finish we roast 10-15 more minutes, until the chicken browns.
- Serve the rosemary roasted chicken thighs hot with a Potato and/or vegetable garnish.
