Ingredients
  • 500 grams of peeled prawns
  • 3 eggs
  • Chopped parsley
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ on of yeast
  • 100 ml. milk
  • Sal Island
  • Flour (XNUMXg)

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the peeled prawns, the chopped parsley and the 4 garlic cloves, cut into very small pieces. We also add the half yeast envelope and the milk and stir all of them very well. We add the flour that is needed so that the mixture takes a bit of thickness but not too much. And the last thing to add is a little salt to taste.
  2. We take a pan in which we will add olive oil and when it is hot enough, we will take the previous mixture with the help of a spoon and make the omelets. So that the tortillas do not turn out too oily, the oil must be very hot.
  3. The result, delicious shrimp omelets, ideal for dinner or as a starter at lunch.
