Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo of potatoes
- 1/2 kilo of leeks
- 100 grams of smoked bacon
- 80 grams of grated cheese
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 eggs

Procedure
Wash the leeks and cut them into slices. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Grease a baking dish and layer the potatoes, bacon and leeks, sprinkle with grated cheese and beat the eggs, milk and add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
