Ingredients
  • 1 chopped onion
  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small broccoli
  • 3 chopped cod fillets
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 handfuls of rice
  • Vegetable or fish broth
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and the pepper for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add the broccoli the cod and the potato and cook a couple more minutes.
  3. Salt pepper, cover generously with broth of vegetables and bring this to a boil.
  4. When it boils, add the rice, lower the heat and let the whole cook for 15 minutes or until all its ingredients are done. Does it stay dry? Add more broth.
  5. Once all the ingredients are made, serve the potatoes with cod and rice piping hot.
