Ingredients
- 1 kilo of potatoes
- 50 gr. of butter
- 50 gr. Of flour
- 500-600 ml. milk

Preparation
- To make the potatoes with baked bechamel, we will first prepare the potatoes, peel the potatoes and cut them very thinly.
- We put a frying pan with a good jet of oil to heat, when it is we add the potatoes and fry them. When they are, we take them out, add a little salt.
- On the other hand we prepare the bechamel.
- We put a saucepan on the fire, add the butter, then add the flour, stir well and let the flour cook for a couple of minutes.
- We will heat the milk in the microwave. We will add the milk little by little and stir well until a thick cream is formed.
- Halfway through cooking we will add salt and a little nutmeg. We will test until we leave it to our liking. When it is we reserve.
- We put the potatoes in a baking dish, cover with the bechamel sauce, put a little grated cheese and put in the oven at 200ºC with heat up and down.
- We will leave until the whole base is well gratinated, the time will depend on the oven of each one.
- We take out and serve very hot immediately.
