Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 50 gr. Of flour
  • 500-600 ml. milk
  • Sal Island
  • Nutmeg
  • Grated cheese
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To make the potatoes with baked bechamel, we will first prepare the potatoes, peel the potatoes and cut them very thinly.
  2. We put a frying pan with a good jet of oil to heat, when it is we add the potatoes and fry them. When they are, we take them out, add a little salt.
  3. On the other hand we prepare the bechamel.
  4. We put a saucepan on the fire, add the butter, then add the flour, stir well and let the flour cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. We will heat the milk in the microwave. We will add the milk little by little and stir well until a thick cream is formed.
  6. Halfway through cooking we will add salt and a little nutmeg. We will test until we leave it to our liking. When it is we reserve.
  7. We put the potatoes in a baking dish, cover with the bechamel sauce, put a little grated cheese and put in the oven at 200ºC with heat up and down.
  8. We will leave until the whole base is well gratinated, the time will depend on the oven of each one.
  9. We take out and serve very hot immediately.
