Potato wedges

potato wedge recipes

Potato wedges, a simple idea to accompany canines or to snack on.

Today we bring you some slice potatoes that we will make in the oven, thus reducing the amount of oil used and adding spices to gain flavor. If there is a food consumed in every house, it is the potato and many ways to make it, but today's recipe is one of the ones I like the most. With very little work we will have crispy potatoes that everyone will like.

As a garnish they are perfect, but for a snack it doesn't hurt either, add some varied sauces and everyone will be delighted. I said, choose some good potatoes, the spices that you like the most and ... to the kitchen!

Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • olive oil
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. We will start by turning on the oven at 250ºC because this is going to go very fast.
  2. The first thing is to wash the potatoes, we will do it thoroughly since we are not going to peel them. When done this way, the skin is crunchy and very rich.
  3. We are going to cut the potatoes in half, lengthwise, now each half into 3 or 4 pieces making wedges.
  4. We put the potato wedges in a bowl and put a drizzle of olive oil on top, smear them well.
  5. In a bowl we put all the spices and a good pinch of salt. We pour the spices over the potatoes and we batter them, distributing the spices well.
  6. Place the potato wedges on the oven tray so that they brown well.
  7. Bake for 40-45 ′, the potatoes will be golden and crisp while being tender inside.
  8. Enjoy the recipe!

I followed the recipe and they tasted good, but I had to increase the oven temperature to 300 and wait an extra 20 minutes for them to cook and they were not so crispy.
