Ingredients
2 cans of corn kernels
2 medium potatoes cooked and cubed
1 can of peas
2 hard-boiled eggs
200 grams of diced ham
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of golf sauce
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to your liking
Preparation
Put the diced potatoes, the ham, the peas and the well-drained corn in a container, salt and mix.
Make an emulsion with the mayonnaise, oil and golf sauce, mix well until smooth, drizzle the salad and mix again, then top with the egg with a pinch of salt and serve.
