This is an ideal salad for any season it can be eaten hot or cold
You can use it as a main dish or to accompany a plate of fritters, torrejas terrines or vegetable tarts.
Ingredients
2 cans of corn kernels
2 medium potatoes cooked and cubed
1 can of peas
1 can of natural tuna
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of golf sauce
Chopped parsley to your liking
3 tablespoons olive oil
Go out to your liking
Preparation
Put the diced potatoes, the tuna, the peas and the well-drained corn in a container, the chopped egg, salt and mix.
Make an emulsion with the mayonnaise, oil and golf sauce, mix well until homogeneous, drizzle the salad and mix again, serve with chopped parsley on top.
