Potato and minced meat bombs

Pope Pumps

Today I bring you this delicious meat stuffed potato bombs recipe, a dish that children love. In this case, I have adapted the recipe a bit, since the original is spicy, an essential ingredient in Latin American dishes. As the children will take the bomb, I have omitted the spicy, but if it is not your case and you want to make the dish more faithful to the original recipe, you can add it to your liking.

You will only have to add a few drops of tabasco, cayenne pepper or habaneros. This dish will get you out of more than one hurry, although something laborious involves very simple ingredients that we usually have at home. The filling that I have used in this case is meat-based, but you can make different varieties and add mushrooms, cooked ham and cheese or different vegetables. Once you try them, you will surely repeat them, let's get to work!
