Well, today we wanted to introduce you to these traditional skewers that are very simple to make.

The ingredients we have used are the potatoes and chorizo, two essential products in traditional Spanish cuisine. In this way, in just one bite, we can taste a great taste of typical Spanish food.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 pieces of chorizo.
  • Sunflower oil.
  • Olive oil.
  • Salt
  • Thyme or parsley

Preparation

First, we will prepare the potatoes. To do this, we will peel them and cut them into medium dice, as if they were for a Spanish omelette. We will wash and salt them and fry them in a hot pan with sunflower oil.

While the potatoes are frying, we are cutting the chorizo ​​also in medium dice. Make sure that the sizes of the potatoes and the chorizo ​​are similar.
