Crafting
Chop the onion and green pepper into rings and fry them in a pan with a jet of hot oil. Cook for approximately 20-30 minutes over low heat until the onion is tender and takes color. This is when we add a little water and stir for a few minutes to evaporate. We finish by adding 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, stirring and cooking a couple more minutes.
While the onion and peppers are cooking, we can take the opportunity to cut the pork tenderloin in fillets. Once done, we rub them with a little garlic (optional) and season them.
