Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1 cebolla
  • 200 ml. cream for cooking
  • 50 ml. milk
  • 500 gr. of mushrooms
  • 150 ml. brandy

Preparation
  1. To prepare the pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce, we will first clean the pork tenderloins by removing the fat. We will salt them and put a little pepper on them.
  2. In a saucepan with a little oil over high heat, we will brown the fillets all over, remove them and reserve them.
  3. Chop the onion and fry it over medium heat in the same saucepan.
  4. We clean the mushrooms and slice them.
  5. When the onion begins to be transparent, add the mushrooms, sauté them with the onion for about 5 minutes.
  6. When the mushrooms are, add the glass of brandy and leave a couple of minutes for it to evaporate.
  7. Add the cream and milk, let it cook for a few minutes, add a little salt.
  8. We take part of the cream and a few mushrooms and crush it well, add it to the casserole with the rest.
  9. We cut the sirloin into thin or thick pieces and add them to the casserole so that it cooks together with the sauce for a few minutes. We taste of salt.
