Ingredients:
400 g. Pork Meat
100g of pork belly
1/2 kg canned tomatoes
1/4 onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 carrot
Parsley
1/2 cup white wine
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Chop the bacon and meat. Clean and finely chop the onion, carrot, garlic and parsley.
Put all the vegetables in a saucepan with oil until they are poached. Chop the tomatoes and add to the casserole. Incorporate the meat with the bacon, brown and season. Water with the wine and when it evaporates, cover with water. Stir occasionally and cook for about 1 hour and 1/2 until the meat is tender.
