  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 2 onions
  • 1 leek
  • ¼ liter of cooking cream

  1. We peel the onions and we chop in julienne. Afterwards, we wash the leek and chop it in the same way.
  2. Then, add a teaspoon of olive oil to a frying pan and we slowly poach these vegetables for about 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  4. After 10 minutes, add the cream Add the onion and leek mixture, season generously with salt and pepper and cook the whole thing for a couple more minutes.
  5. Next, we place the leek cream in a bowl and arrange the salted chops on top of it.
  6. We take to the oven and cook for 8 minutes so that the meat is cooked.
  7. Then we turn the chops and we wait for them to finish cooking, raising the temperature a little at the end if we want them to take on a golden color.
  8. Once they are done, we take the dish out of the oven, being careful not to burn ourselves, and we take the pork chops in leek cream directly to the table.
