Ingredients
  • 1 small jar of condensed milk (370 gr.)
  • 200 gr. Of flour
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 100 gr. walnut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lemon (the zest)
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

Preparation
  1. We turn on the oven so that it warms up to 180ºC.
  2. We will take an elongated mold we will spread it with butter and sprinkle with flour, we will remove the excess.
  3. We will separate the whites from the yolks of the 4 eggs.
  4. Where we have put the yolks we will mix the condensed milk, the lemon zest, the chopped and soft butter, the chopped nuts, reserving some for garnish, the flour and the yeast.
  5. We beat everything until all the ingredients are well mixed, we will reserve. We will beat the whites until stiff, we will mix it with the previous mass, little by little with movements from top to bottom, so that the mass does not fall.
  6. When we have mixed everything well, we pour it into the mold that we have prepared.
  7. We will cover with aluminum foil, so that the top part does not burn and we will introduce it to the oven.
  8. We will put it in the oven at 180º and we will let it cook, after 30 minutes, we will look and puncture through the center, if it comes out stained we will leave it a while longer until it is ready.
  9. It came out very golden and very tall. Delicious !!!
