Ingredients
- 250 gr. Of flour
- 250 gr. of butter
- 200 gr. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet of backing powder
- 8-10 tablespoons of cocoa cream (Nutella- Nocilla)
Preparation
- We take a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until we have a very foamy dough.
- When it is well mixed we will add the butter that we will have softened a little in the microwave and beat it all together.
- Then we will add the flour together with the sifted yeast, little by little. We mix everything well.
- Once mixed, we separate the dough into two bowls and one of them will add the cocoa cream.
- We mix it, the amount will be at ease, I put enough.
- In a rectangular mold we spread it with a little butter all over it and a little flour.
- We will be adding tablespoons of dough interspersed.
- We put one layer and another on top, until the mold is covered.
- We will put it in the oven at 180º for 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven.
- And voila, you can cover it with icing sugar or for those with a sweet tooth with cocoa cream. Heat it in the microwave for a minute so that it is creamier and you can handle it better.
- And it only remains to cover it and decorate it to your liking.
