Plum-cake with cocoa cream, a delicious cake that you are sure to like. Who does not like chocolate? I think most of us like it. On this occasion I have prepared this plun-cake, since I like them very much and when I add the cocoa cream it is super good, juicy and very rich.

This cocoa cream plum.cake is ideal for breakfast or a snack. The whole family will surely like it. You have to try it !!!

Ingredients
  • 250 gr. Of flour
  • 250 gr. of butter
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • 8-10 tablespoons of cocoa cream (Nutella- Nocilla)

Preparation
  1. We take a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, until we have a very foamy dough.
  2. When it is well mixed we will add the butter that we will have softened a little in the microwave and beat it all together.
  3. Then we will add the flour together with the sifted yeast, little by little. We mix everything well.
  4. Once mixed, we separate the dough into two bowls and one of them will add the cocoa cream.
  5. We mix it, the amount will be at ease, I put enough.
  6. In a rectangular mold we spread it with a little butter all over it and a little flour.
  7. We will be adding tablespoons of dough interspersed.
  8. We put one layer and another on top, until the mold is covered.
  9. We will put it in the oven at 180º for 30-40 minutes, depending on the oven.
  10. And voila, you can cover it with icing sugar or for those with a sweet tooth with cocoa cream. Heat it in the microwave for a minute so that it is creamier and you can handle it better.
  11. And it only remains to cover it and decorate it to your liking.
