There are many ways to prepare pizzas, but an easy one is this that today I propose a puff pastry pizza with vegetables.  It is very good, it is simple and it is very popular.

With the puff pastry we can prepare pizzas with different fillings and even take advantage of little things left in the fridge. This pizza is perfect to prepare as a starter for a dinner with friends or family, also as a single dish.

Ingredients
  • A sheet of puff pastry
  • Canned or fresh mushrooms
  • Fried tomato
  • A bag of assorted vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, leek, onion)
  • Sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • Grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. We prepare the pizza filling. We take a frying pan, put it on the fire with a little oil, cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them, then we add the bag of vegetables or the vegetables that we like finely chopped, we sauté them all together until all the vegetables are well poached. , we put a little salt and pepper.
  2. We prepare the dough, we put the puff pastry in a baking tray, we cover the dough with fried tomato, we put some slices of mozzarella cheese or the one you like the most, on top of the cheese we will put the vegetables and the poached mushrooms well distributed throughout the dough and we cover it with grated cheese, whichever you like the most.
  3. We introduce the tray with the pizza in the oven preheated to 180ºC, we will leave it until it is well browned, about 30 minutes.
  4. When it is, we take it out, we will have it ready to serve warm and crisp.
