Almost everyone likes pizza and almost everyone likes dumplings, so combining these two delicacies we have these original pizza flavor dumplings. - 1 packet of dumplings wafers
- ketchup
- 2 slices of cheese to melt
- 2 slices of cooked ham or turkey breast
- Oregano
- 1 egg
- We remove the wafers for dumplings from the refrigerator a few minutes before cooking, in this way they are tempered and can be handled.
- We will use half of the wafers to fill and the other half to cover the dumplings.
- We put a teaspoon of tomato sauce at the base and spread without reaching the edges.
- We add a little ground oregano.
- We cut the cheese and the cooked ham into 8 quarters.
- Place a portion of cheese on the base of the dumplings and a portion of cooked ham on top.
- Now we cover the bases with the rest of the wafers, ensuring that they are well covered.
- We press the edges with our finger and pass the tip of a fork to close it well.
- We beat an egg in a bowl and with the help of a kitchen brush we paint the dumplings.
- We preheat the oven to about 200º.
- We place a parchment paper in a baking dish so that the dumplings do not burn.
- Cook for about 10 minutes until well browned.
